Buffalo Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss oyster mushroom in oil, soy sauce and spices. Add mushrooms to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until mushrooms have started to brown and crisp.
Mix together buffalo sauce ingredients.
Once mushrooms are done cooking, toss them in the buffalo sauce.
