Cauliflower
Sweet chili sauce
Toss cauliflower with oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add cauliflower to an even layer to air fryer. You may have to do two batches.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved. I like my cauliflower browned so I air fried mine closer to 18 minutes. Shake halfway through. If you don't have an air fryer you can bake your cauliflower on a lined sheet pan at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
To make sweet chili sauce, whisk together all sauce ingredients. Heat a small pot over medium heat on your stovetop. Add sauce to pot and bring to a simmer. Whisk until thickened. It should thicken within 2 minutes.
Toss cauliflower with sauce and serve. I topped mine with fresh chopped cilantro and hemp seeds.
