Apple Topping
Add all pudding ingredients to a small glass or bowl. Mix until combined. Refrigerate for one hour or overnight. To prevent clumps, stir chia pudding after 5 minutes.
Once your pudding is set, make your apple topping. Add coconut oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add apples and cinnamon. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until softened.
