Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add tahini and all following ingredients to a bowl. Mix until smooth. Add in salmon and mix until salmon is fully coated. Let marinate while you cook the zucchini.
Add zucchini to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silicone. Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook for 20 minutes.
Add salmon to the sheet pan. Cook for 10 minutes*.
