Melt together chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. I melted mine in 3 30 second intervals in the microwave.
Add popcorn to a bowl. Pour over chocolate and stir until popcorn is fully coated.
Add popcorn chocolate mixture to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Spread popcorn in an even layer. The popcorn kernels should be touching.
Sprinkle salt over popcorn. Next drizzle over nut butter.
Refrigerate popcorn bark for about 30 minutes until hardened.
