These Garlic Parmesan Butternut Squash Fries are a delicious healthy veggie side.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add butternut squash to a large bowl. Toss with all ingredients until fries are evenly coated.
Add fries to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until fries are crisp. For best results, flip once halfway through. If you are lazy like me you can skip the flipping.
Top with basil if using. Serve fries and enjoy.
