Coat sweet potato slices in oil and cinnamon.
Add sweet potato slices to air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees farenheit, for 13-16 minutes, until sweet potato slices are fork tender. If you don't have an air fryer, bake at 400 degrees on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper for 20-30 minutes.
Top each warm sweet potato slice with almond butter, chocolate chips and salt. Let sit for ~4-5 minutes to cool and so chocolate melts. Dig in.
