0 Add the first 5 ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined. 1 Form 7 evenly truffles by grabbing a small handful of dough (about 1 1/2 tablespoons), smushing it together, and then rolling into a ball. 2 Add date balls to a sheet pan, cutting board or plate. Freeze for about 10 minutes. 3 Melt chocolate chips by heating them for 3 30 second intervals in the microwave and stirring after each interval. 4 Dip and cover each ball in chocolate and add back to your surface that you used to freeze the balls.
