0 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1 Add cottage cheese to a food processor and blend until smooth. 2 Add flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl. Mix together until combined. Fold in cottage cheese and knead until fully combined. 3 Sprinkle flour onto a cutting board. Add dough and roll into a rectangle shape that is about 1/2 inch thick. 4 Mix together filling ingredients in a bowl until a paste forms. Spread out filling on the dough rectangle. 6 Slowly roll out rectangle starting with one of the shorter sides into a cylinder shape. Using a wet knife or a piece of string cut the dough into 6-7 rolls. I cut mine into 7 pieces but 6 would have been better. 7 Add rolls to a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes until rolls are golden brown. 8 Add all icing ingredients to a bowl and mix together until smooth. 9 Remove rolls from oven and let cool.
