Springy shrimp fried rice

I love fried rice for an easy weeknight dinner and the secret to bumping up the flavor is using @kame_brand fish sauce in the sauce!

Heat butter over medium heat in a skillet or wok. Add shrimp, cover with salt and pepper and sear for 90 seconds each side. Remove shrimp from the skillet. Add sesame oil along with the green beans and scallions and a pinch more of salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 3 more minutes. Add rice, soy sauce, lime toss to combine and cook for 3 more minutes. Lastly fold in the shrimp and bok choy. Cook until bok choy is wilted.
