5 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1 Add cottage cheese to a food processor and blend until smooth. Although you can do this in a blender, I recommend a food processor as it will emulsify better. 0 In a large bowl, mix together flour salt and baking powder. Then add in the blended cottage cheese and mix/knead until the flour and cottage cheese are fully combined. 2 Coat a cutting board in a dusting of flour. Using a rolling pin (Wine bottle or another smooth bottle should work), roll dough into a rectangle that is about 1/2 inch thick. 3 Spread on sauce. Then top with cheese and basil. Roll up the dough jelly roll style. Then using a wet sharp knife cut the dough into 9-10 portions. 4 Add rolls to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-30 minutes until dough is cooked through. 6 Let rolls cool for 10-15 minutes and then dig in. Serve with extra marinara sauce if desired.View original recipe
