Buckwheat is a superfood packed with b vitamins, magnesium and protein. I love making granola with it because it adds the best crunch. My favorite buckwheat is from @edenfoods because it is organic and of the utmost quality

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix together until smooth. Add granola to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown. Serve and enjoy.View original recipe
