0 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 1 Add tofu to a bowl with the rest of the tofu ingredients. Toss together until tofu is fully coated. 2 Add tofu to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silicone. Bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add the broccolini to the same sheet pan and toss with oil, salt and pepper. Bake for another 15 minutes. 3 Add all harissa sauce ingredients to a bowl. Mix until combined. Add to a sauce pan over medium high heat and bring to a simmer until thickened. 4 Add tofu to a bowl and toss together with sauce. Form bowls with tofu, broccolini and rice if using. Top with cilantro if using and enjoy.View original recipe
